Job Description:
A company is looking for an EAP Senior Coordinator - National
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide intake for inbound EWS calls and consult with members to
identify needs
Document call information, maintain confidentiality, and triage
calls to appropriate resources
Coordinate online consultation requests and complete administrative
tasks associated with processing activations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or higher
5+ years of customer service and/or call center experience
1+ years of experience in social services or related healthcare
field
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of HIPAA Regulations
